Returns and Exchanges
A grUVywear customer should be a happy customer. Unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise may be returned within 30 days of original purchase date. Customized camp swimshirts can not be returned or exchanged. Due to Health Department regulations, we are unable to accept returns and/or exchange worn or washed merchandise. Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment for price paid or a merchandise exchange minus shipping charges. Merchandise returned more than 30 days after the purchase date will not be eligible for a return or exchange.
Please note that postage on returns and exchanges will not be refunded. However, on exchange items, grUVywear will ship your replacement items at no additional cost. Pack and seal your return securely, in the original package if possible. Packages must be returned prepaid - we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries. At grUVywear we have developed a range of UV protective swim products that allow you to follow the important advice on sun protection and yet “Stay in the sun and still have fun.” Our products, made of 80%Nylon 20% spandex, are specifically designed for blocking UV rays.
Although the fabric is manufactured using the best dyes, we cannot guarantee complete colorfastness on all of our colors. The fabric is chlorine resistant; however, it is still important to rinse well after use in chlorine.
We recommend that you hand wash your garment separately with cold water and hang dry. Do not use detergents, fabric softeners or bleach. Avoid machine washing, tumble drying or ironing our products. Garments not washed or cared for properly may increase the likelihood of colors fading and bleeding.

Sales Tax
In accordance with the regulations of the State of California, grUVywear is required to collect applicable sales tax (8.25%) which is automatically calculated based on the total value of purchases for shipments to California addresses. Shipments to destinations other than California will NOT incur sales tax.
Shipping
Your order usually ships US Postal Service or Federal Express and can be expected within 5 to 7 business days. During peak months, shipping can take up to 10 days. Priority/Express Shipping is available at an additional charge by calling our toll free number at (866) 753-7732.
All grUVywear camp merchandise orders begins shipping May 15, 2008. For all camp orders, please allow 1-3 weeks shipping from the date we receive your order (after May 1st).Feedback
